Wallpaper Craze

My current obsession right now is wallpaper. I am completely head over heels with all these variations of designer wallpaper. Which is your favorite? I love how it gives a room so much life and dimension. Each room in my house would be covered in wallpaper if it was up to me.

Summer is Coming

I'm back, after a three month hiatus! It is very difficult keeping up a blog when you have a full time job in television. As much as I want to blog on the weekends, sometimes I just need some "me" time to unwind. I am going to try my best to keep my blog up, mostly because it makes me happy to share ideas and inspiration!

Me and my husband recently moved to a new apartment. Right now we are in the process of settling in and furnishing our new place, which so exciting. I will be posting some interior design photos that we have been inspired by lately!

The other night I stumbled upon these bright and happy paintings via this blog. They instantly put a smile on my face and reminded that I have to take a vacation ASAP, hang poolside as often as I can, buy a vintage style bathing suit and most importantly buy a turban this summer!

Loving these painted photographs by artist Shae Acopian Detar. Aren't these just breathtaking? Her style is like an interpretation of dream or at least the kind of dreams I have, very surreal, melancholic and magical.

Enchanted Teepees

"Don't forget the wild." I can't quite remember the last time I went camping, but these images of bohemian tents and teepees are making me plan a camping trip very soon.

HBO's GIRLS

Is anyone else having major GIRLS withdrawals? I am sure I am not the only one. I can't wait for Season Two. Last month, me and my husband visited NYC. We stayed in Brooklyn for a few days, and I couldn't help but to feel like I was in Hannah's hood. I could have sworn I was going to bump into her at some point, or was it just wishful thinking?

Which is your favorite GIRLS character? Mines, is obviously Hannah. My second favorite has to be Jessa. I love her adventurous spirit and careless attitude. Plus, this GIRL has a great style.

Marine is just adorable. I love her classic Manhattan style. She reminds me of a young Charlotte York.

I can't help but to love Shoshanna. Her whole life is completely going to change next season.

GIRLS is currently one of my favorite shows. I have been a fan of Lena Dunham ever since I watched her first feature film Tiny Furniture. It's such a great indie film and it sets the tone for this show. She really does it all and does it well. Between creating, directing, acting and writing, Lena Dunham delivers a raw reality and inside view of the lives of 20 something year olds who are trying to find their place in the world. Every character is so well developed and extremely familiar.
