Happy Monday! Nothing makes me happier than beautiful book covers. Reading is one of my favorite hobbies. Last year the Penguin publishing group collaborated with illustrator Jillian Tamaki to create these embroidered whimsical book covers. Gotta love these revamped classics. Comic-Con

Is anyone going to Comic Con this week in San Diego? This year I am attending as part of the Costume Designers Guild Committee. I have never been to Comic Con before and I am very excited to attend. I can't wait to see all the fans dress up in their eccentric costumes. As a way to honor all the hard work that goes into creating costumes, the Guild put together a Costume Designer Panel for Television and Film. They will both be held on different nights. If you are in San Diego and do decide to attend make sure to join us. In the meanwhile enjoy some vintage Catwoman circa 1966. Isn't Lee Meriwether lovely?

Sleepless in LA

I'm back! So glad to be blogging again. I got super busy last month and did not have the time to blog as much as I would have liked to. I am working on three different projects at moment and have not had enough rest in the past couple of weeks, but ironically it is hectic times like these where I tend to feel the most creative. I can't wait to share these exciting projects with you guys soon. In the meantime here are some pictures that have inspired me lately.

California Dreamin

 I am planning to spend my Memorial Day weekend outdoors and possibly Malibu Beach again!! I can't wait to soak up some sun. I hope you guys have a relaxing weekend too!

Ana Ljubinkovic is one of my new favorite designers. This Serbian designer has embraced the fashion digital world and as a result she has created a look book composed of GIF images. What an exciting way to show the world a fashion collection. So charming!
